The Rufus Wear coats are a Fleece Fabric with Velcro around the neck and a strap with Velcro around the tummy. There is also Fleece around the tummy so the strap doesn't rub your pet. There is a charm on the back of the coat.
The "Cover-up" is reversible and made of cottons, denims, or the fabric of your choice. They Velcro at the neck and under the tummy. The coats come in XS, SM, and MED. Large's can be special ordered. A charm will hang from the back of the neck.
